C.A.R.D.S. hosts some of the largest RC events in all of Michigan, featuring hundreds of aircraft large and small. Whether it's summer or winter, CARDS always has something in the air.  AMA pilots are welcome to all our events, and spectators are always welcome.  Want to learn how to fly?  Come out to one of our student nights.  Bring your own plane, or use the club trainer aircraft.

Community Model Aviation Day

Community Model Aviation Day is your chance to be the pilot.  If you have ever wondered if you have what it takes to be an RC pilot, come out to the field and take the sticks.  Each student pilot will be paired with one of our qualified instructors for a "hands on" introduction to flying.  Just want to come out and watch.  No problem, spectators are always welcome.

Electric Fly-In

The Electric Fly-In showcases all things electric.  Electric is the newest thing in RC.  Electrics are quieter, easier to set up, maintain and repair, and are an excellent choice for the new or veteran pilot.  From Quad-copters, to foamies, from EDF jets, to balsa models, if it runs on a battery, it will be in the air.  The electric fly-in is the ONLY CARDS event to feature night flying. If you love electrics, you can't miss this event.  Spectators are always welcome.
